Thank you for choosing LadyLuxe Jewellery. We want you to love your new pieces just as much as we do. If your item isn’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help ✨

14-Day Size Swap

We offer size swaps within 14 days of your purchase.
If the ring size isn’t quite right, simply contact us and we’ll help you exchange it for your correct size.

To qualify for a size swap, your item must be:

  • Unworn

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the item, your new size will be shipped out.

Store Credit

If you decide your item isn’t right for you, we offer store credit on returns within 14 days of purchase.

Store credit can be used on any future order — perfect if you'd like to choose a different style 💗

We do not offer cash refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Items showing wear or damage

  • Items returned without original packaging

Return Shipping

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using tracked delivery to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace or correct the issue as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.
